Barb and Rebecca have been friends in life and ministry for the last 10 years. They bonded quickly over their love for people, business and Jesus. You can find them drinking coffee around town, laughing as much as possible, and spurring each other on as they pursue the things in their heart.

Barb Williams is the co-founder of Serve GR. With over 30 years of experience in business and 10 years in inner-city ministry, Barb is a seasoned connector with a gift for building relationships, inspiring teams, and fostering excitement for transformational initiatives. Her deep passion for people and her commitment to making a tangible impact have positioned her as a key bridge between diverse groups in the city, creating partnerships that drive meaningful change.

With 15 years of experience in business and 15 years in ministry leadership, Rebecca brings a unique blend of strategic expertise and compassionate vision to her role.
